Job Description

Salary: $76,000 - 116,000 per year Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet management, including templates and automation
Advanced skills in Excel, particularly with complex formulas and data analysis
Strong ability to create executive presentations and visual narratives
Proficiency in SharePoint and Confluence project administration
Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in complex global organizations
Understanding of internal audit processes and functions
Effective communication skills with aptitude for relationship building

Responsibilities:

Oversee Smartsheet administration, enhancing operational efficiency through advanced automation
Conduct rapid analysis and provide strategic insights using Excel
Design and develop impactful executive presentations that facilitate decision-making
Administer project-level tools, ensuring effective access management and workflow automation
Act as the primary liaison for tracking commitments and action items within the global audit teams
Maintain a centralized repository of knowledge on Confluence, ensuring standards and continuity
Manage technical backlog requests, prioritizing based on business needs
Organize meeting logistics, including minutes and agendas, while supporting operational tasks
Foster relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to senior leadership
