Nothing will keep her from settling in the Oregon Territory.

When Hope Waters gets the chance to move west to Oregon, she doesn’t hesitate. Her husband and all six of her grown children (plus their spouses) dive headfirst into the adventure, all eager to start a new life on the West Coast. It finally feels like the final pieces of a happy life are coming together for her family. She has worked so long for this moment and nothing will get in her way.

But Hope has a secret.

That secret is eating away at her. That secret could ruin her family, and break their hearts. That secret could change everything, including her chance for a new life in Oregon.

Her sons are hard-working and her daughters are brave. And all Hope wants is to find the home that has eluded her for so long.
